Vehicle FAQ
What age will my car be?
Our luxurious vehicles are less than 3 years old.
Does my car have free Wi-Fi?
All our cars come with hotspot Wi-Fi.
Do you provide phone chargers?
Car chargers for Samsung, iPhones and other mobile phones are available on request.
What types of vehicles do you offer?
We offer a carefully selected fleet of executive and luxury vehicles suitable for any occasion. Our range includes premium models such as the Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and V-Class, as well as the BMW 5 Series and 7 Series. For larger groups, we also provide spacious minibuses and coaches. Should you require other prestigious vehicles such as a Range Rover, Bentley or Rolls-Royce, our team will be pleased to arrange them upon request.
Do you operate a non-smoking policy?
Absolutely! If you are a smoker, please advise your chauffeur if you require smoking breaks.
Do you provide bottled water?
Yes, we provide complimentary bottled water in our vehicles and ultra soft antibacterial cleansing wipes.
Do you allow eating on board?
Water is allowed for consumption in vehicles, but we do not permit eating.

Are you a licensed company?
Yes, Elite Drivers Hertfordshire is a fully licensed and insured company, where professionalism, comfort, and reliability come as standard with every journey. As we are based in Hertfordshire, our Private Hire Operating License has been provided to us by the East Hertfordshire Council.

Chauffeurs FAQ
Are your chauffeurs trained and professional?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated team of chauffeurs who work exclusively for our company. They are not only skilled chauffeurs but also trained professionals, capable of speaking multiple languages who prioritise safety, courtesy, a high standard of service and the privacy of our clients.
How do I find my chauffeur at the airport?
Our chauffeurs will monitor the flights and after 20 minutes upon landing, they will enter the arrival hall and will text you. We use name boards and tablets. All bookings include 60 minutes of waiting time upon landing, free of charge. After that, a fee of £40 per hour will be applied.
If my flight arrives early will my chauffeur be there?
Yes, our chauffeurs monitor all flights from the ground, and do their best to arrive early.
What if my flight is seriously delayed?
Your chauffeur monitors your flight and they will make sure to be there waiting for you once you have landed.
Do you have female chauffeurs?
Yes, we do. At Elite Drivers Hertfordshire, we are committed to promoting diversity, inclusivity, and equality across our service. Pricing & Tariff FAQ
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a range of convenient and secure payment options to suit your preferences. Payments can be made via cash, debit or credit card — including American Express — as well as bank transfer. For added convenience, we can provide a secure payment link via email, accept payment in the vehicle, or process transactions over the phone with complete discretion and efficiency.
Will I be charged for tolls, parking, congestion zone?
We include all costs in your initial quotation so no hidden costs will arise. Your initial quotation is your final price.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. The prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. If there are additional drop-offs, pickups or passenger requested diversions, there will be additional charges.
Do you charge extra for Christmas and New Year?
Yes, we charge double the amount for 25th, 26th, 31st of December and 1st of January.
