Not every journey fits into a standard booking, and not every travel requirement comes with plenty of notice. Sometimes you need to travel across Europe with family or friends. Sometimes your pet needs to reach another country, your car needs collecting from abroad, or an unexpected cancellation leaves you searching for an alternative at short notice.
At Elite Drivers Hertfordshire, we go beyond conventional chauffeur services. With extensive experience in door-to-door transportation throughout the UK and to destinations across Europe, we offer flexible, carefully arranged journeys tailored to your individual requirements.
European Travel with Family and Friends
Planning a family holiday, a weekend away with friends or a special trip across Europe? Enjoy the freedom of travelling together, with your own chauffeur, your own schedule and the comfort of a door-to-door service.
Whether you're heading to Rome, exploring the Italian Riviera, visiting Disneyland Paris, discovering Germany's famous Christmas markets or escaping to the Swiss Alps for a skiing holiday, we make the journey part of the experience.
From a couple travelling light to a family with children, luggage and everything that comes with it, we can help arrange the right vehicle for your trip.
When Travel Plans Suddenly Change
Flight cancelled? Eurostar disrupted? Train services suspended? Don't panic — talk to us.
Unexpected disruption can leave you stranded, facing missed connections or struggling to find an alternative way home. Where vehicle availability, travel conditions and border requirements permit, we can help arrange alternative chauffeur-driven transportation between the UK and destinations across Europe.
Whether you need to reach Paris, connect with another flight, collect family members or simply get home, we'll do our best to take the stress out of an already frustrating situation.
Your Pet Needs to Travel Abroad?
Taking your pet overseas can involve complicated arrangements, particularly when flights, approved carriers or travel dates become a problem.
If you need help transporting your pet to another country or arranging a journey back to the UK, speak to our team. We'll discuss your requirements and whether we can arrange a suitable journey, taking into account your pet's needs and the applicable animal travel regulations.
Because some journeys are about getting every member of the family safely to the same destination — including the four-legged ones.
Bought a Car Abroad? We'll Bring It Home.
Found the perfect car in Ireland or elsewhere in Europe, but don't have the time to travel and collect it yourself?
We can discuss arrangements to collect your vehicle and bring it back to the UK, subject to the collection arrangements, insurance, documentation and transport requirements involved. Save yourself the extra travel, the logistical headaches and the time away from work.
Your Equipment, Ready When You Arrive
Sometimes it's not you who needs transporting — it's the equipment you need waiting at the other end.
Perhaps you've booked a round at Trump International Golf Links in Aberdeenshire, but your golf clubs cannot travel with you on your private flight. We can discuss arranging the transportation of your golf clubs and other equipment in advance, so everything is delivered to the agreed location ahead of your arrival.
The same approach can apply to event equipment, specialist luggage and other items needed at your destination. You concentrate on the occasion — we'll help take care of the logistics.
Tell Us What You Need. Let's Find a Solution.
Last-minute bookings, unexpected changes and complicated travel arrangements are not always straightforward. Perhaps you need an urgent transfer to another airport, a vehicle for an important client arriving unexpectedly, transport for family members when your original arrangements fall through, or a door-to-door journey across the country at an unusual hour.
Whatever the request, tell us what you need. We'll assess what's possible and do our best to help.
Elite Drivers Hertfordshire — more than a chauffeur service, we're here when you need us most.
